Bridging the gap between high-stakes performance and biological capacity
Long before I was a Health & Performance Coach, I was a competitor. I’ve been asking a lot of my body since I was a teenager. As a collegiate athlete, pushing through injury and fatigue wasn’t just a habit—it was my identity. I equated resilience with endurance: ignore the signals, tolerate the discomfort, and keep going.
I carried that same Type A intensity into a nearly 30-year career in the deadline-driven pressure cooker of sports media. Producing for networks like ESPN and the Golf Channel, I spent decades surrounded by professional athletes—individuals whose livelihoods depend on physical and mental precision.
In that world, the rule was simple: performance was non-negotiable. I knew how to grind, how to deliver, and how to silence my body’s requests for rest in order to get the job done.
Until the bill came due.
In 2017, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. What felt sudden wasn’t sudden at all—it was the cumulative result of years spent overriding signals in the name of performance. That diagnosis forced a hard stop and dismantled the performance model I had lived by since I was a teenager.
As I navigated my recovery and studied the science of holistic health, one truth became clear:
we are all fighting a version of the same battle.
Whether you’re an elite athlete trying to stay in the game, a CEO navigating constant pressure, someone managing autoimmune disease, or a parent holding everything together—we’re all operating in systems that ask more of us than we’ve been taught how to sustain.
Clinical Experience & Mastery
I didn’t just want to heal—I wanted to understand the mechanics of capacity.
I joined the clinical team of functional medicine pioneer Dr. Will Cole, where I coached and supported hundreds of individuals through the Autoimmune Health Reset. This work became my masterclass. I saw firsthand that most people already have the intent to be healthy. They often have the education. What they’re missing is the bridge to consistent, sustainable action.
Information isn’t the problem. Implementation is.
The Work I Do Today
Today, I combine my background in elite performance with clinical health expertise as a Performance Strategist for both organizations and individuals.
For organizations:
I partner with leaders to build cultures of sustainable performance—helping teams close the gap between well-intentioned wellness initiatives and real outcomes like productivity, energy, and employee retention.
For individuals:
Through coaching and group programs, I provide practical tools to regulate the nervous system, optimize energy, and restore clarity—proving you don’t have to choose between ambition and health.
I don’t believe in overwhelming an already overwhelmed system. I believe in the Minimum Effective Dose: simple, actionable changes that deliver the highest return on energy.
In addition to coaching, I speak to leadership teams, organizations, and conferences on sustainable performance, focus, capacity, and burnout prevention. My talks are grounded in real-world experience and designed to spark both insight and action—helping audiences understand not just what needs to change, but how to apply it in the context of real work and real pressure.
I’m looking to create conversations and connections that resonate long after the session ends.

“For six years Kristi has been a great resource and supporter in my health journey.
Like many people, I’ve had my share of ups and downs over the years with weight management and overall wellness but I feel lucky that I can count on Kristi for the best advice when I need it the most. With so much information out there on diets, products, etc.,
I don’t trust anybody but Kristi’s advice on any health and nutrition related questions. I have never met someone as committed and as willing to educate and help people on their health journey.”
